Job summary
Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an Engineer to lead manufacturing process qualification and validation activities at our Changi site.
You will analyze production data using SPC, drive process improvements, investigate issues, support automation and inspection systems, and prepare validation protocols and reports. A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline is required; experience in medical device or regulated manufacturing is an advantage.
Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing process validation/qualification/verification.
- Knowledge of SPC and process capability analysis.
- Experience in manufacturing process improvement and troubleshooting.
- Familiar with manufacturing quality systems and regulatory requirements.
- Medical device or regulated manufacturing experience is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Lead manufacturing process qualification and validation activities
- Improve production processes, quality and efficiency
- Analyse manufacturing data using SPC and statistical methods
- Investigate process issues and implement corrective actions
- Support automation, inspection systems and manufacturing improvements
- Prepare engineering documentation, validation protocols and reports
