Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Production, Planning & Execution professional to drive schedules and coordinate with planning and operations teams at Gul Circle.

You will lead technology transfer, optimise processes, and support Lean initiatives, with focus on GMP/ISO, safety and cost control. A diploma/degree in chemical engineering and relevant experience are required; MS Office proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Chemical Engineering or related Engineering discipline.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Relevant working experience required.

Responsibilities

• Execute and coordinate production schedules with planning and operations teams to meet customer and business requirements.
• Lead and plan technology transfer and implementation of new equipment and technologies into the production line.
• Identify process capabilities and develop, optimise and implement new technology to improve production throughput.
• Analyse manufacturing and warehousing processes and workflows for continuous improvement in productivity, efficiency and cost reduction.
• Enforce workplace organisation standards and good housekeeping practices such as 5S.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean Manufacturing, 5S, process digitalisation and manufacturing system integration.
• Work closely with the Quality Department to ensure products meet established quality standards.
• Develop and oversee maintenance plans for process-related equipment.
• Investigate production issues or equipment failures.
• Prepare or execute technical studies and process validation assessments, protocols and reports.
• Lead training programmes and set up documentation and procedural controls for current and new equipment.
• Support scale-up and introduction of new products or processes into the production line.
