Job summary

You will drive process improvements, lead new equipment and technology transfer, and manage maintenance to ensure reliability and regulatory compliance. You will also support Lean, 5S and digitalisation initiatives to optimise operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate production to meet customer and business requirements.
• Improve manufacturing processes, equipment performance, productivity and cost efficiency.
• Lead new equipment, technology transfer and new product introduction activities.
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure equipment and facility reliability.
• Work with Quality to resolve production issues and ensure compliance with GMP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis and CAPA for production and equipment issues.
