Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics) or equivalent with minimum 2 years working experience in PCBA Industry

Responsibilities

• Manage and setup Product BOM for box build based products.
• Liaise closely with NPI Program Managers, Engineering and Contract Manufacturers on BOM setups.
• Ensure vendors/subcontractors are manufacturing products according to product specifications.
• Perform BOM validation and work with respective business team to resolve BOM issues.
• Ensure that all manufacturing product specifications and procedures are in place for box build Assembly.
• Drive improvements and work closely with Contract Manufacturers for issue resolution and opportunities for improvement.
• Manage packaging and labelling design for mass production.
• Setup test and validation process at Contract Manufacturers.
• Perform Failure analysis for any quality issues.
• Manage change process control of products throughout the lifecycle.
