Job summary

HYUNDAI MOTOR GROUP INNOVATION CENTER IN SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior UI/UX designer to craft user-centered manufacturing DX experiences.

You will lead end-to-end UX design for data-driven dashboards and front-end prototypes, collaborating with engineers and product teams to align with LCNC platforms. You will build scalable design systems, document interaction specifications, and ensure accessible, responsive interfaces across global deployments, using Figma and related tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
Minimum 5 years of UI/UX design experience.
Proficiency in Figma (or Sketch, Adobe XD) with components, auto-layout, and prototyping.
Experience designing data-driven dashboard interfaces for analytics and operations.
Experience developing front ends using LCNC tools and application platforms.
Experience designing for industrial, manufacturing, logistics or IoT environments.
Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and responsive/adaptive design.
Experience with AI-based design tools and UI/UX DevOps concepts.

Responsibilities

Identify workflows, pain points, and mental models via user research and on-site observation.
Create user journeys, task flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes for manufacturing DX apps.
Develop UI mockups using Figma and document interaction specifications.
Build scalable design systems and component libraries aligned with brand and platform standards.
Ensure design consistency across global deployments and front-end design language.
