Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical assembly of components and wire harnesses according to specifications.
• Operate basic hand tools and production equipment safely.
• Clean and prepare components before assembly.
• Identify and connect wires accurately according to specifications.
• Support new product introductions and first-time production runs.
• Assist with inventory activities, material handling and stock counts.
• Meet daily production and quality targets.
• Follow safety and work procedures at all times.
• Participate in process improvement and team activities.
