Job summary

AKRIBIS SYSTEMS PTE. LTD. is hiring a detail-oriented Manufacturing Administrator in Singapore to support daily operations. You will coordinate production records, inventory activities, and manufacturing documentation to ensure accurate system records.

The role involves close collaboration with engineering, production, and warehouse teams, handling bills of materials, serial numbers, and stock transactions, while maintaining orderly documentation and data management practices.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Manufacturing, Operations Management or a related discipline.
• Candidates with relevant administrative or coordination experience in a manufacturing environment will have an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain manufacturing orders, transfer orders, and production documentation.
• Coordinate BOM updates and ensure manufacturing data is accurately maintained.
• Manage product serial numbers, labels, and production records.
• Support project administration, documentation filing, and data management activities.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment of manufacturing consumables and materials.
• Liaise with production, engineering, and warehouse teams to support operational requirements.
• Process inventory transfers, stock transactions, and administrative documentation.
• Assist with overtime submissions and other departmental administrative tasks.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and other duties assigned by the supervisor or manager.
