Pharos Asset Management Pte. Ltd. is seeking a motivated Relationship Manager to grow our client base and deepen relationships with high-net-worth individuals.

The role requires engaging Mandarin-speaking clients, identifying investment needs and developing new business opportunities. You will acquire and manage a portfolio of clients, coordinate with investment and compliance teams, and ensure client onboarding, KYC and AML processes are followed with the highest professional standards.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of relevant private banking/wealth management experience.
• Proven track record in acquiring and managing HNWI clients.
• Experience in building and maintaining a client portfolio.

Aufgaben

• Acquire, manage and expand relationships with HNWIs and clients, focusing on Chinese-speaking clients.
• Identify new clients through networks, referrals, events, and business development activities.
• Understand clients' financial circumstances and coordinate with internal teams to provide suitable investment solutions.
• Present investment opportunities and services to clients to grow assets under management (AUM).
• Maintain regular client contact, respond to enquiries, and support long-term retention.
