Job summary

AlphaSense Oy is seeking Directed Content Analysts to source high-quality experts for research projects. You will identify suitable profiles, conduct outreach, and validate backgrounds to onboard top candidates into our network.

Fluency in Mandarin is required, and you will collaborate with Project Managers to refine scopes and timelines. The role emphasizes proactive communication, fast turnaround, and meticulous documentation of each expert's relevant skills and experience for client

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in research, recruiting, talent sourcing or a related role requiring proactive outreach and evaluation.
Excellent communicator with ability to engage industry experts.
Strong attention to detail and ability to document core elements of expert profiles.
Able to manage fast turnaround projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Identify best-fit experts for projects assigned by the Project Manager.
Refine project scope with the Project Manager as you conduct research.
Outreach via email and LinkedIn to prospective experts.
Coordinate calls to validate background and fit for projects.
Document experts' experience clearly for quick evaluation by Client Contributors.
Answer questions and handle objections to maximize onboarding.
Negotiate expert rates to align value with project targets.
Schedule and troubleshoot calls between experts and Client Contributors.
