Job summary

Sisal seeks a Treasury professional in Singapore to manage cash, execute FX, FD, and other treasury trades, and ensure adherence to policies. You will coordinate between finance, legal, and operating units, maintain banking facilities, and support audits.

The role requires 5+ years of experience and strong analytical and communication skills. The position involves hands-on treasury operations, governance, and reporting, with opportunities to optimize working capital and intercompany financing

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.

• Proficiency in TMS and various electronic banking platforms and intermediate Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage SingPost’s cash management for greater cash holdings efficiency, enhanced returns and to ensure greater consciousness and accountability on the deployment of cash.
• Manage and execute FD, FX, derivatives, bonds, deposit and borrowing transactions.
• Receive and manage inter-company deposit & loan requests.
• Execute treasury transactions in adherence to Treasury policies (e.g., counterparty limits).
• Set up and negotiate banking facilities at company level and cooperate with legal on agreements.
• Assist in treasury-related documentation (bank documents).
• Assist subsidiaries and BUs to obtain Banker’s Guarantee from banks.
• Prepare and analyze monthly treasury reports and related reports.
• Support Internal and External Audit.
• Compute WACC for SingPost.
• Develop relationships with other functions and BUs and subsidiaries.
• Assist in ad-hoc treasury-related projects.
• Act as TMS system and various electronic banking platform administrator.
• Maintain and update list of authorised signatories.
• Maintain user access and bank account details in the TMS system.
• Facilitate the Finance team and counterparty’s back office on deal confirmation.
• Manage preparation and execution of documents arising from treasury transactions.
• Coordinate documentation with Legal, Company Secretary, etc.
• Input/processing of deals to ensure timely settlement.
• Liaise with other functions or banks to resolve execution issues.
• Assist with Insurance related matters.

Front- Office
