The Manager will lead the implementation of community and population health initiative for TGCH, translating the department’s strategic direction into operational workplans, programmes and partnerships.
Grounded in Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) principles and community-centred practice, the Manager will operationalise engagement strategies developed by the Head of TCCP, working alongside residents, community groups and partner organisations to activate local assets and build community capacity.
The Manager is responsible for day-to-day management of assigned-workstreams, supervision of junior staff and development of operational system and workflows required to support TGCH’s opening. The role requires a practitioner who can translate strategic intent into practical action, manage complexity across health and social care settings and build operational foundation needed for long-term community wellbeing.
