Keppel Ltd. is seeking a senior procurement leader to head a team responsible for sourcing and negotiating international capacity, in-country last mile access, dark fiber and data center colocation across ASEAN, India, and the USA.
You will align sourcing strategies with HQ plans, appoint and monitor suppliers, negotiate MSAs, and drive cost-saving initiatives while rolling out Source-to-Contract and Procure-to-Pay processes across APAC.
To lead a team to source & negotiate for international capacity, in-country last mile access & dark fiber and data center colocation, covering ASEAN countries & India sub-continent and the USA. Formulate sourcing strategy alignment to HQ category plans, select, onboard, monitor supplier performance, negotiate MSA & ensure committed deliverables as per MSA is achieved & host monthly supplier performance review & rate their performance. Lead cost saving initiatives, conduct Continuous Improvement (CI) exercise, rollout HQ Source-to-Contract & Procure-to-Pay process across APAC region. Actively participate infra network design/planning build with stakeholders (Engineering, Product, Regulatory), identify best practice to improve efficiency & enhance infra network reliability. Design, source & project manage Dark Fiber network deployment in Singapore, Philippines & India and USA connecting Cable Landing Station & POP/Data Center. Support Keppel's network integration, MSA/agreements & rate standardization and legal entity rationalization. Act as Keppel's procurement representative to negotiate outsource operation functions to third parties.
