What The Role Is

We are seeking a passionate and driven Talent Acquisition professional to lead the Scholarships and Internship programmes. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract, engage and recruit students through these key talent pipelines. The incumbent will oversee the end‑to‑end scholarships recruitment process and manage the internship programme from attraction through programme completion, working closely with internal stakeholders, educational institutions and external partners to deliver a meaningful and engaging experience for candidates, scholars and interns.

What You Will Be Working On

Scholarships Programme

• Lead the end‑to‑end engagement, from attraction and outreach to the awarding of scholarships.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract scholarship applicants through targeted outreach, engagement initiatives and marketing campaigns.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs), student organisations and relevant stakeholders to strengthen the scholarship talent pipeline.
• Plan and execute scholarship engagement activities, including information sessions and engagement events.
• Coordinate the scholarship selection process, including application management, candidate assessments, interviews and stakeholder engagements.
• Organise and manage scholarship award ceremony.
• Monitor scholarship award outcomes, analyse scholarship data and recommend continuous improvements to strengthen programme effectiveness.

Internship Programme

• Oversee the end‑to‑end delivery of the internship programme, including attraction, recruitment, selection, onboarding, engagement and programme completion, ensuring a positive and meaningful internship experience.
• Develop and implement internship attraction and outreach strategies through campus engagement, digital marketing, partnerships with Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs) and other talent engagement initiatives.
• Partner with hiring divisions to understand internship requirements, facilitate intern placements and ensure timely fulfilment of internship opportunities.
• Oversee the internship recruitment and onboarding process, including application management, candidate screening, interview coordination, offers and onboarding, ensuring smooth programme delivery.
• Lead the planning and delivery of intern engagement initiatives, learning and networking sessions, and internship‑related events to enhance interns' learning experience and engagement.
• Oversee internship completion activities, including offboarding, exit surveys, programme evaluation and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen programme effectiveness.
• Provide operational support for internship activities, where required, to ensure successful programme delivery.

Other Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of CSA's outreach programmes, to inspire students to pursue cybersecurity careers and strengthen CSA's talent pipeline.
• Track and analyse programme performance, including application trends, conversion rates, participant feedback and other key metrics to support data‑driven improvements.
• Develop and manage employer branding collaterals and merchandise to support talent attraction, scholarship, internship and outreach initiatives.
• Explore and leverage AI, automation and digital tools to enhance programme administration, recruitment effectiveness and candidate experience.
• Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

What We Are Looking For

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in graduate recruitment, scholarship recruitment, internship programmes or campus recruitment.
• Experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment programmes or student talent initiatives will be an advantage.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives concurrently.
• Event planning and coordination skills would be an advantage.
• Experience engaging Institutes of Higher Learning, student communities or external partners is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students, senior stakeholders and external partners.
• Resourceful, organised and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
