Stryker is seeking a Manager, Strategy & Business Development for APAC Neurovascular (KISA) based in Singapore. You will partner with regional and global stakeholders to shape growth strategies, evaluate opportunities, and support strategic priorities across Korea, India, Southeast Asia, and Australia.

You will lead market insights, growth initiatives, and integration efforts, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes for the Neurovascular franchise in the APAC

Responsibilities

• Provide market insights and strategic input from the KISA region to shape APAC and Global Neurovascular strategies.
• Support the Director in developing and executing country growth strategies across the KISA region.
• Analyze performance, market data, and industry insights to support strategic priorities and growth initiatives.
• Lead business development and integration activities.
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities, including partnerships and acquisitions in the KISA region.
• Support due diligence and integration for new acquisitions or partnerships.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to support business development.
• Foster collaboration across global and local teams to drive outcomes.

Reporting to the Director, Business Excellence, APAC Neurovascular, the Manager will partner with regional and global stakeholders to shape growth strategies, evaluate business development opportunities, generate market insights, and support the execution of strategic priorities.

What You Will Do:

• Provide market insights and strategic input from the KISA region (Korea, India, Southeast Asia, and Australia) to help shape APAC and Global Neurovascular strategies, ensuring regional perspectives are represented in key business decisions
• Support the Director, Business Excellence, APAC Neurovascular, in developing and executing country growth strategies across the KISA region
• Analyze business performance, market data, and industry insights to support the development of strategic priorities and growth initiatives
• Business Development and Integration
• Identify, evaluate, and pursue growth opportunities, including strategic partnerships and acquisitions across the KISA region, in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives
• Support due diligence activities, integration planning, and execution for newly acquired or partnered businesses
• Build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to support business development initiatives
• Foster collaboration and trust across global and local commercial and business development teams to drive successful outcomes
