Job summary

VisionPower Semiconductor Manufacturing Company Pte Ltd (VSMC) seeks a Manager/Senior Manager for WET Equipment to lead wet cleaning and photoresist removal tool programs, ensuring wafer and carrier cleanliness and reliability.

You will drive cross‑functional collaboration with Process Integration, Manufacturing, Yield, and Cross‑Module teams to optimize tool performance, reduce downtime, and maintain quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a STEM field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Experience managing WET Department or equivalent in wafer fab

Responsibilities

• Lead the WET Equipment module team to elevate engineering and manufacturing excellence.
• Optimize wet cleaning and photoresist removal tools to meet uptime and cycle time requirements.
• Qualify and sustain manufacturing processes to scale capacity while maintaining quality.
• Collaborate with Process Integration, Manufacturing, Yield, and Cross-Module teams to ensure high-quality wafer production.
• Develop defenses and monitoring systems to prevent equipment failure or performance loss.

About The Role

We are seeking an accomplished Manager/Senior Manager, WET Equipment. In semiconductor manufacturing, responsible for the management and optimization of wet cleaning and photoresist removal tools, including SCREEN and LAM systems, as well as Brooks FOUP cleaning and offline FOUP inspection equipment, to ensure wafer and carrier cleanliness and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• You will be responsible to lead the respective module team to elevate engineering and manufacturing excellence in the respective modules, improving process and/or tool performance and availability, diagnosing failures and implementing effective solutions to meet uptime and cycle time requirements.
• Qualify and sustain manufacturing processes to scale up capacity swiftly and maintain with quality and urgency.
• Lead efforts to continuously improve process and/or equipment stability and capability, enhance quality, reliability, yield, productivity, and safety standards.
• Work with Process integration, Manufacturing, Yield improvement, and Cross-Module team to sustain high quality wafer production and delivery
• Develop defense and monitoring system to prevent equipment failure or performance lost.
• Actively collaborate with equipment suppliers and partners to identify tool and/process deficiencies; develop, evaluate, and validate corrective and preventive solutions

Qualifications & Core Experience

• A bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related STEM field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to clearly present complex issues and apply persuasive interpersonal techniques
• Innovative, adaptable, and open to new approaches
• Demonstrates strong performance and composure under pressure
• Experience in managing WET Department, expertise in Process and/or Equipment in wafer fab.
