Skills and Workforce Development Agency (Singapore) is seeking a strategic professional to lead the development and management of policies and programmes for the CET ecosystem. You will work across divisions and ministries to ensure policy success and stakeholder alignment.
You will formulate and implement policy strategies, engage with multiple stakeholders, and analyse data to demonstrate programme outcomes, with opportunities for contract extension or tenure permanency.
The Training Planning and Programmes Development Division (TPPD) is part of the Training Partners Group (TPG) within the Skills and Workforce Development Agency. As a key member of the Group's strategy unit, you will be at the forefront of conceptualising training partners (TPs)-related strategies, developing and managing operational policies and programmes with a high impact on the Continuing Education and Training (CET) ecosystem.
You will be responsible for driving the adoption of TP-related policies and programmes, collaborating with other SWDA divisions, the Ministry of Manpower, and the Ministry of Education (MOE), and ensuring they meet the diverse needs of stakeholders.
Successful candidates will be offered a contract in the first instance and may be considered for an extension or be placed on a permanent tenure.
