What You Will Be Working On

• Design contracts and develop scopes of work to align with outsourcing requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with organisational objectives
• Develop and enforce processes to effectively manage the execution of contractual requirements, maintaining rigorous standards throughout the contract lifecycle
• Conduct periodic reviews of contract performance and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and make recommendations to drive continuous improvement
• Ensure contract governance and compliance, including the enforcement of contractual obligations
• Provide guidance and advice to stakeholders on efficient internal controls and best practices in contract management
• Challenge(s)
• Managing a diverse range of contracts, each with unique complexities and requirements
• Navigating potential conflicts of interest and ethical issues that may arise in the course of contract management
