[What the role is]

You will be part of the Enforcement & Investigation Branch where you will play a pivotal role in supporting our operational capabilities. You will oversee administrative functions and records management operations to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness for our systems and processes across the branch.

[What you will be working on]

You will lead initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and data-driven decision making. Your responsibilities will include developing comprehensive statistical reporting frameworks for enforcement activities and designing innovative case management databases and tracking systems.

You will manage administrative processes, establish meaningful performance metrics, and streamline procedures to optimise workflow efficiency. Coordination with external agencies on data requirements will be an aspect of your role, ensuring seamless information exchange and compliance.

Budget management and procurement oversight will form part of your portfolio, requiring strong financial acumen and attention to detail. You will also conduct regular system reviews and implement continuous improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.
