Job summary

ams OSRAM Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. is seeking a senior professional to establish, maintain and continually improve the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001 and customer/regulatory requirements.

You will lead QMS policy, work instructions, and records, and monitor performance through KPIs and audits. The role requires a minimum of 10 years in QMS and MSA, with supervisory experience and proven audit skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in QMS and Calibration and Measurement System Analysis (MSA) with at least 3-5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Experience in internal, customer and certification audits.
• Experience leading or supervising QA technicians and inspectors preferred.
• Quality certifications such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3 systems.
• Strong command of quality tools, 8D problem solving, MSA, risk management and FMEA.

Responsibilities

• Establish, implement, maintain and continually improve the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001 and applicable customer and regulatory requirements
• Ensure QMS policies procedures, work instructions and quality records are properly controlled, maintained and effectively implemented
• Monitor QMS performance through defined objectives, KPIs, audits and management reviews
• Lead and manage the QMS change management process to ensure changes are systematically assessed, planned, implemented and controlled
• Lead the planning and execution of the internal audit programme
• Coordinate customer, certification and regulatory audits and ensure the organisation is adequately prepared
• Manage audit findings, corrective actions, root cause analysis and effectiveness verification and work closely with process owners to ensure timely and sustainable closure of audit findings
• Oversee the calibration & MSA program for metrology and measurement equipment

Who we are looking for

• Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder-management and leadership skills
