Job summary

K2 STRATEGIC is seeking a Project Manager (Mechanical) to lead external design team management and review activities for APAC data centre projects. You will work closely with SG HQ based PM to address daily design issues and ensure alignment with project goals.

The role requires hands-on coordination of engineering design and construction phases, monitoring site activities, and maintaining K2 standards for HVAC and building services.

Qualifications

• 8 years minimum working experience in building services design and construction project delivery (data centre projects preferred).
• Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering.
• Chartered Engineer preferred.
• Relevant Uptime/TIA certificates preferred.
• Good knowledge in Electrical HV/LV distribution Engineering with a good understanding on data centre project and protection study.
• Proficiency in MS Office (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc) with experience in Mechanical HVAC software, such as IES.
• Good command of written and spoken English is required. Additional language skills such as Chinese and/or Bahasa Indonesia/Malaysia will be preferred.
• Candidates who are active, initiative, conscientious, sociable, flexible and optimistic.

• Establish engineering and operation procedures following K2 standard.
