EY is seeking a People Consulting professional to help clients address complex people-related challenges and improve business results. You’ll work with global clients on performance, talent, systems, reward and analytics while shaping your own career in a collaborative, supportive environment.

You will partner with business leaders to design and implement organizational change and HR transformation initiatives across ASEAN, contributing to client engagements and practice growth.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Commerce, Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
• At least 8 years of relevant client-facing consulting experience.
• Experience in HR operating/delivery models, HR process improvements and organizational development.
• Delivered projects in manpower planning, competency modelling and rewards design.

Responsabilités

• Support clients in transformation journeys through design and implementation of change management programs.
• Help clients deliver human capital strategies and workforce optimization.
• Work with Business Leaders on organisation restructuring, workforce planning and rewards strategy.
• Be part of the growth of the Advisory Practice in the ASEAN region.

The opportunity

As part of People Consulting team, you’ll work with leading organizations to help them get the most out of their people. You’ll use your knowledge and experience to help clients improve operational efficiencies. Your commercial capabilities will grow as you drive projects and support high-profile client engagements. In People Consulting team, we help our clients with:

• Performance - effectively manage change through developing innovative, digitally centric behavior led strategies to support clients through the transformation. This could be for operating model changes, digital / technology change and M&A
• HR Transformation – including all elements from the design HR operating models including shared services, centre of excellence, organization design, incorporating new HR digital technologies and the overall improvement of HR process efficiency.
• Talent optimization - Develop data supported workforce strategies and employee value propositions, manage talent, address people risk, develop capability at all levels, and focus on organizational development activities including culture change.

Your key responsibilities

• Support clients in their transformation journey through the design and implementation of effective organizational change management programs
• Help clients deliver human capital strategies and workforce optimization programs imperative in an organization’s success
• Work with Business Leaders on organisation restructuring efforts, workforce planning, competency modelling, performance management and rewards strategy
• Work with Business Leaders on improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the HR function
• Be part of the overall growth of the Advisory Practice in the ASEAN region

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare client-ready deliverables and facilitate stakeholder discussions.

To qualify for the role you must have

• Degree in Business, Commerce, Human Resources Management and/or other relevant disciplines
• At least 8 years of relevant experience, including significant experience in a client-facing consulting environment
• Possess experience in areas such as HR operating and delivery models, HR process improvements, capability development, organizational development as well as change management (leadership alignment stakeholder engagement, cultural alignment, communications)
• Delivered projects in manpower planning, competency modelling, performance management, rewards strategy design and organization re-structuring
