Job summary

RHB Asset Management Singapore is seeking a versatile Manager, Investment Operations to join our Fund Management Operations team on a 1-year contract (convertible to permanent based on performance).

You will oversee end-to-end operational processes across fund structures, ensure regulatory compliance, and support strategic initiatives, including AML/CFT and KYC due diligence, FATCA/CRS, and business continuity planning.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in the operations department in asset management.
• Familiarity with AML/CFT, EDD/CDD and KYC due diligence.
• Experience dealing with custodians, brokers, administrators.
• Knowledge of at least one financial markets product (Fixed Income, Equities, Treasury).
• Comfortable communicating with senior management.
• Strong design and procedural writing skills.
• Immediate availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee transfer agency, trade support, settlements, reconciliations, and corporate actions.
• Review NAVs and support audits for Unit Trusts and Private Equity Funds.
• Coordinate new fund launches and investment vehicle setups.
• Perform AML/CFT and KYC due diligence for onboarding.

• Act as BCP Coordinator and assist with cross-functional support.
• Contribute to middle office coverage and ad-hoc strategic projects.

• Coordinate new fund launches and setup of investment vehicles.
• Perform AML/CFT and KYC due diligence for onboarding.
• Support FATCA and CRS compliance activities.
• Act as BCP Coordinator and assist with cross-functional business support.
• Contribute to middle office coverage and ad-hoc strategic projects.

What we're looking for

• At least 3-7 years of experience in the operations department in asset management.
• Familiarity with AML/CFT, EDD/CDD and KYC due diligence.
• Experienced in dealing with custodians, brokers, administrators.
• Good knowledge of at least one Financial Markets product or business type (Fixed Income, Equities, Treasury)
• Comfortable communicating with senior management.
• Effective design and procedural writing skills.
• Preference will be given to candidates who can start immediately.
