RHB Asset Management Singapore is seeking a versatile Manager, Investment Operations for a 1-year contract to oversee end-to-end operations across fund structures. You will ensure regulatory compliance and support strategic business initiatives within the Fund Management Operations team.

The role covers transfer agency, trade support, settlements, reconciliations, corporate actions, NAV review, and onboarding due diligence (AML/CFT, KYC).

Formación

• 3–7 years in asset management operations.
• Experience with AML/CFT, EDD/CDD and KYC due diligence.
• Experience with custodians, brokers, administrators.

• Contribute to middle office coverage and ad-hoc strategic projects.

About The Role

We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Manager, Investment Operations to join our Fund Management Operations team at RHB Asset Management Singapore. This is a 1-year contract role (convertible to permanent depending on performance) involving overseeing end-to-end operational processes across fund structures, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting strategic business initiatives.

What You Will Be Doing

• Manage operations including transfer agency, trade support, settlements, reconciliations, and corporate actions.
• Review NAVs and support audits for Unit Trusts and Private Equity Funds.
• Coordinate new fund launches and setup of investment vehicles.
• Perform AML/CFT and KYC due diligence for onboarding.
• Support FATCA and CRS compliance activities.
• Act as BCP Coordinator and assist with cross-functional business support.
• Contribute to middle office coverage and ad-hoc strategic projects.

What We're Looking For

• At least 3-7 years of experience in the operations department in asset management.
• Familiarity with AML/CFT, EDD/CDD and KYC due diligence.
• Experienced in dealing with custodians, brokers, administrators.
• Good knowledge of at least one Financial Markets product or business type (Fixed Income, Equities, Treasury)
• Comfortable communicating with senior management.
• Effective design and procedural writing skills.
• Preference will be given to candidates who can start immediately.
