Job summary

United Women Singapore Limited (UWS) invites a dynamic Manager to lead fundraising, partnerships and digital engagement in Singapore. The role combines strategy, donor engagement and brand storytelling to support programmes and advocacy.

The ideal candidate will set fundraising targets, manage a team, and build strong relationships with corporate partners, government agencies and philanthropic donors while driving digital campaigns and content across channels.

Qualifications

• Degree in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism, business administration, event management or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant fundraising, partnerships, marketing or communications experience.
• Proven track record in fundraising, grant writing, sponsorship or business development.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated fundraising, partnerships and communications strategy with KPIs.
• Direct fundraising, events, CSR, grants and donor engagement activities.
• Oversee communications, digital campaigns and content production across teams.
• Develop and maintain relationships with partners, donors and volunteers.
