RHB Banking Group in Singapore seeks a Manager, Financial Governance, Tax & Services to join the Finance team. The role supports daily financial operations, ensures regulatory compliance, and contributes to strategic decision-making through accurate reporting and analysis.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of external audit, tax, and financial reporting experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Excel. Big 4 exposure is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Prepare financial statements and management accounts for subsidary.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries, accruals, provisions and reconciliations.
• Review and analyse balance sheet and profit and loss accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, including IFRS/FRS and internal accounting policies.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and resolve outstanding reconciling items.
• Support corporate tax, withholding tax, GST/VAT and deferred tax reporting requirements.
• Prepare audit schedules, supporting documentation and management responses.
• Participate in finance transformation, automation and system enhancement projects.
• Support Head of Finance and Section Head in relation to financial reporting.

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Manager, Financial Governance, Tax & Services to join our Finance team at RHB Banking Group.
