Job summary

PacLab Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a dynamic Manager - Business Development & Laboratory Services to lead the Chemistry and Microbiology teams and drive service excellence.

You will ensure compliance with SAC-SINGLAS and ISO/IEC 17025, nurture key client relationships, oversee projects, and identify growth opportunities across markets.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, or relevant scientific field.
• 8 years of commercial laboratory management experience in Chemistry, Microbiology, or both.
• Strong knowledge of SAC-SINGLAS and ISO/IEC 17025 standards.
• Knowledge of animal feed nutrition is an advantage.
• Proven leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational and team-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the laboratory team across Chemistry and Microbiology functions, fostering a high-performance culture.
