Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in local spa industry.
• Able to commit long hours and on standby 24-7.
• Six days work week; willing to work weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to create and manage budgets; set KPI targets and control costs.
• Proven ability to recruit, train, schedule and motivate a diverse team of therapists and support staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily spa operations, scheduling, booking systems, room readiness and smooth workflow.
• Lead and supervise spa therapists, estheticians, receptionists and support staff.
• Conduct performance reviews and staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage.
• Ensure guest service excellence and address client inquiries promptly to build loyalty.
• Develop and monitor budgets, KPIs, payroll and expenses.
• Oversee inventory and vendor management for spa products and retail items.
• Collaborate on marketing to drive bookings and seasonal spa packages.
• Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and health and safety compliance.
