Mastercard is seeking a Manager for AI Innovation & Ecosystem Programs in Greater China. You will lead client engagements, drive partnerships, and deliver program milestones that accelerate AI-powered payments and commerce experiences across the market.

Ideal candidates bring governance, cross-functional collaboration, and strong analytical skills, with fluency in Mandarin and English to engage diverse stakeholders and translate technology into business value.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management, program management, consulting, or digital payments.
• Strong project and stakeholder management across multiple teams.
• Fluent Mandarin and English communication skills.
• Experience working with clients and partners to deliver business initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of Agent Pay and AI innovation initiatives across Greater China.
• Coordinate pilot projects, proof-of-concepts, solution deployments, demos, and co-innovation activities.
• Manage project plans, dependencies, risks, issues, and delivery milestones across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Track program progress, adoption metrics, business outcomes, and follow-up actions for stakeholders.
• Maintain program governance, documentation, decision logs, meeting cadence, and communications.
