Job summary

Edvox Music School in Singapore is seeking a customer-focused operations/office staff to ensure smooth daily school operations and excellent service for walk-in and call-in customers.

You will build rapport with customers, support enrolment, and handle sales of books and instruments while coordinating with other departments for a seamless experience. Weekend hours are required.

Qualifications

• Requires a Music Degree in Music.
• Proficiency in violin or piano.
• Proficiency in MS Office including Excel.
• Team player with minimal supervision.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willing to work retail hours including weekends.

• Ensure smooth daily operation of the school.
• Provide excellent customer service to walk-in and call-in customers.
• Develop rapport with customers and build brand loyalty.
• Address customer concerns/queries and follow up promptly.
• Collaborate with other departments for seamless customer experience.
• Sales of books/music instruments and inventory management.
• Drive enrolment, retention and conversion numbers in assigned branch.
• Prepare and analyze payment backlog, sales and fees revenue, student intake/dropout statistics.
