Job summary

LVL Music Academy is looking for a confident, proactive and sales-driven person to join our team. This sales-focused role requires speaking with prospective students, parents and retail customers to understand needs and close sales.

You will support customer service and day-to-day centre operations, handle enquiries across walk-ins, WhatsApp, phone and email, and work toward individual and centre sales targets while contributing to registrations and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting targets.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Able to explain value clearly and recommend solutions.
• Willing to work weekends and adapt to centre operations.

You will also support customer service and day-to-day centre operations.

What We Are Looking For

• Strong sales ability and confidence in closing deals.
• Able to explain value clearly and make suitable recommendations.
• Proactive with follow-ups and comfortable working towards targets.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Responsible, organised and detail-oriented.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Able to work weekends.
• Sales, retail or customer-service experience is an advantage.
• Music knowledge is helpful, but training will be provided.

Compensation

• Basic monthly salary: S$3,000
• Additional sales commission on top of basic salary
• Performance incentives based on individual and centre results
