Job summary

ELEGANCE BEAUTY & SCALP CENTRE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced manager to lead a team of beauticians and therapists in Singapore.

You will drive sales, oversee service quality, and ensure smooth operation across outlets. The role requires strong leadership, bilingual communication in English and Mandarin, and the ability to mentor staff, handle customer feedback, and implement monthly and quarterly plans.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of proven relevant experience in the beauty industry; managing 3 outlets.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin to communicate with customers.
• Exceptional leadership skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer tasks.
• Able to follow company orders and support the team.
• 6 days work week including weekends and public holidays.

Requirements

• At least 3 years (s) of proven relevant working experience in the beauty industry and familiar with industry practice. Eg, Beauty Manager, Shop Manager, Spa Manager and at least managing 3 outlet


• Bilingual. Fluent in English and mandarin in order to communicate with customers.


• Exceptional leadership skills


• Strong sales and negotiation skills


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and able to handle computer job


• Follow company order and fully support
