Job Title: Business Manager
Location: Singapore
About Us: We are a dynamic company in the coffee industry, providing high-quality coffee machines, beans, and tailored solutions to offices, F&B outlets, and retail businesses. As we grow, we are looking for a creative and driven professional to strengthen our brand, expand revenue streams, and bring fresh strategies to life.
We are seeking a highly capable, hands-on Business Manager to take full ownership of our sales execution, operations management, and business development initiatives. This role is critical to the company’s next growth phase and reports directly to the Directors.
The ideal candidate is commercially sharp, operationally disciplined, and execution-focused, with the ability to translate strategy into results. This is not a passive managerial role — it requires strong leadership, accountability, decision-making, and the ability to perform under pressure.
You will be expected to run the business as if it were your own, drive measurable outcomes, and elevate the company’s internal standards, systems, and market presence.

Coach, motivate, and develop team members to raise overall competency
Address underperformance decisively and professionally
Foster a culture of ownership, responsiveness, and execution excellence
Accountability: Team performance, culture, execution discipline
Prepare regular performance reports for management (sales, operations, margin, KPIs)

Strong commercial and financial acumen
Proven ability to manage multiple functions simultaneously
