Roles & Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth coordination across departments to support the company’s product development and sales activities.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and workflow related to high-end thermal protectors, thermostats, temperature sensors, and related components.
  • Support the development and implementation of business strategies to enhance operational efficiency and overall performance.
  • Lead and supervise team members, provide guidance, performance reviews, and ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure projects meet quality, cost, and delivery standards.
  • Maintain strong communication with suppliers, partners, and internal stakeholders, resolving operational issues promptly.
  • Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and analysis for management decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant regulatory requirements.
