Job summary

HI-LEO ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION SERVICES PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced NDT professional with ASNT Level III and PCN Level III credentials to lead inspection solutions for clients.

The role requires familiarity with ASME and API codes, high ethical standards, and strong organizational skills. Responsibilities include maintaining equipment readiness, providing training to inspectors, developing procedures to meet client and industry standards, and advising on safety and project planning.

Qualifications

• ASNT Level III and PCN Level III certifications are required.
• Advanced specialist status with proven NDT leadership.
• Extensive knowledge of NDT methods and codes.

Responsibilities

• Familiarisation with ASME & API codes and standards.
• Ability to assume full technical responsibility for clients’ facilities.
• Provide solutions to clients’ inspection-related problems.
• Maintain equipment and consumables storage in ready-to-use condition per client or international standards.
• Provide internal training and technical guidance for other inspectors.
• Develop and approve procedures and written practices to high standards.
• Analyze work plans and projects and advise on safety measures.

Proven experience of providing solutions toclients’ inspection related problems.

Maintain all of equipment and consumablestorage in the store room to be ready for using with good conditions underacceptance criteria specific by client or international standard.

Willingness to be flexible and multi-taskas part of a team, and contribute to company objectives.

Strongly motivated to achieve results, witha high degree of professionalism, honesty and integrity.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, able to priorities workloads with competing deadlines.

Good written skills to produce course work and training materials, as well as clients’ procedures, written practices,techniques and audit reports.

Provide internal trainiand technical guidance for other inspectors

Ensure that all personal certification iskept up to date.

Develop and approve procedures, writtenpractices and techniques to a high standard that comply with clients

Creative skills to plan and deliver lessonsin a professional, positive and engaging manner.

Ensure adequate training and cross checkingthe site works, share knowledge with team members and contribute to team development.

To analyse work plans and projects, and aswell as recommendations of every working unit; and to give advice on safetymeasures to the employer.

Feedback on revised Equipment’s and software’s for improvement.

Feedback after testing the new equipment onsite for improvement.

Extensive knowledge of own subject areawith extensive industrial NDT experience holding multiple method Level IIIcertification ASNT (RT,PT,UT,MT,VT,ET) /CSWIP (PAUT/TOFD)
