Job summary

CITY NET EMPLOYMENT AGENCY PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced construction Project Manager in Singapore to lead planning, scheduling, and resource coordination from groundbreaking to completion.

You will manage budgets, change orders, and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while coordinating multiple trades and stakeholders for smooth project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Project planning and scheduling - developing timelines, work sequences, and resource plans to ensure the project stays on track from groundbreaking to completion.
• Budget and cost control - preparing estimates, tracking expenditures, managing change orders, and ensuring the project stays within the approved budget.
• Coordinating contractors and subcontractors - hiring, supervising, and coordinating the work of various trades (electricians, plumbers, masons, etc.) to keep work flowing smoothly and avoid conflicts on site.
• Ensuring safety and regulatory compliance - enforcing site safety protocols, ensuring compliance with building codes, permits, and occupational health and safety regulations.
• Quality control and inspections - monitoring workmanship and materials against specifications and standards, conducting inspections, and addressing defects or non-conformance.
• Communication and stakeholder management - acting as the main point of contact between the client, architects, engineers, government agencies, and the site team, providing regular progress reports and resolving disputes or issues as they arise.
