Responsibilities

• Develop and implement key performance goals to enhance staff productivity and business outcomes
• Create and execute strategic plans to drive sustainable business growth
• Manage recruitment, hiring, and training processes to build a skilled and motivated workforce
• Ensure departments deliver high-quality products and services to clients
• Collaborate with Account Managers and senior staff to improve operational efficiency and team performance
• Optimize internal processes to increase productivity and reduce costs
• Oversee large projects, analyze performance reports, and implement improvements
• Manage budgets and monitor financial health to maintain profitability
• Direct day-to-day operations to ensure smooth business functioning
• Establish and enforce policies and procedures to maintain standards and compliance
• Lead employee assessment processes to support professional development
• Prepare and present regular reports to upper management on operational and financial status
