Job summary

Eurasia Global Food (S) Pte Ltd is offering a trainee-level Warehouse role in Singapore designed to develop you into a future Warehouse Leader/Supervisor through structured training and hands-on exposure to daily warehouse operations.

You will learn inbound/outbound, picking, packing, stock transfer, and inventory control, while supporting manpower coordination and daily work allocation under supervision. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma or relevant qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management or related field preferred (not mandatory for all).
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with warehouse or logistics experience will have an advantage.
• Must be willing and able to work in a cold room / chilled and frozen warehouse environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills is expected.
• Responsible, disciplined and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Interested in developing into a future warehouse leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Learn and assist in daily warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, picking, packing, stock transfer and inventory control.
• Support the Warehouse Manager/Supervisor in manpower coordination and daily work allocation.
• Monitor stock accuracy, stock movement and proper FIFO/FEFO practices.
• Assist in maintaining warehouse safety, housekeeping and operational standards.
• Learn to identify operational issues, stock discrepancies and picking errors, and assist in implementing corrective actions.
• Support staff training, productivity monitoring and process improvement initiatives.
• Gain exposure to warehouse planning, manpower deployment and leadership responsibilities.
• Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.
