Recruit Express Pte Ltd's Healthcare Division is inviting motivated individuals to start a career in HR, recruitment and business. You will gain hands-on exposure to talent acquisition, client management and HR operations in a healthcare recruitment team.

Training is provided, and mentorship is available as you learn the end-to-end recruitment process and stakeholder management. No prior recruitment experience is required, making this a great entry-level opportunity.

• Talent Acquisition: Source, screen and engage candidates for various healthcare positions.
• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process, including candidate selection, interview coordination and placement.
• HR Operations: Assist with pre-boarding, onboarding, off-boarding and employee-related matters.
• Client Management: Work closely with healthcare institutions to understand staffing requirements and provide recruitment solutions.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, employees and clients.
