• Minimum 1 years’ relevant experience or in customer service, sales or purchasing preferrable
• Written and communication skills in English and ability to communicate in a second language

• Assist managers and supervisors in carrying out projects and initiatives.

About the role
We are seeking aManagement Traineeto join Lingjack Engineering Works Pte. Ltd. in a full-time position based in the Woodlands North Region. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to begin a management career within a dynamic manufacturing and logistics environment.

As a Management Trainee, you will gain comprehensive exposure to various aspects of operations management, production management, and logistics coordination. This role is designed to develop your understanding of our business operations and prepare you for progression into senior management positions within the organisation.

Job Description
The Management Trainee will undergo a comprehensive training program to gain knowledge and skills in various aspects of management, in various Departments eg. Purchasing, Customer Service, Sales Department.
