Job summary

Nextbeat Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Management Consultant to analyse client business challenges, conduct research and develop structured recommendations.

You will support strategy, operating models and transformation initiatives while preparing client-ready deliverables and collaborating with stakeholders across regions. Ideal candidates have 4–5 years in management or related consulting, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work independently yet collaboratively

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, operations or technology consulting, or a comparable role in corporate strategy, business transformation or PMO.
• Strong analytical, research and structured problem-solving skills.
• Ability to synthesise information and communicate findings clearly.
• Good written and spoken English, as client engagements across the region are conducted in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues across different countries.
• A proactive mindset, with the ability to manage tasks independently while working collaboratively within a team.

Monthly Salary: UP to $12,000/month (Negotiable)

• Prepare client presentations, reports and other project deliverables.
