- As a Management Associate, you will work closely with different teams, take part in structured training, and contribute to real business activities and projects that support both client engagement and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day business operations across different functions, including HR, Sales, L&D, and Partnerships
- Assist in coordinating recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and other HR-related initiatives
- Participate in sales support activities, client engagement, and business development efforts
- Support the planning and execution of training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives
- Assist in building and maintaining relationships with external partners and stakeholders
- Work with internal teams on projects, campaigns, and cross-functional initiatives
- Attend training sessions, seminars, and workshops to develop business, communication, and industry knowledge
- Gain practical exposure to client portfolio management and relationship-building activities
- Prepare reports, presentations, and administrative support materials when required
- Take on ad hoc duties and projects assigned as part of the development program
