Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured Management Associate programme with exposure to key business functions.
• Support planning and execution of gaming-related projects, campaigns and initiatives.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify gaming trends, user behaviour and growth opportunities.
• Analyse business and operational data to provide insights for decision-making.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Product and Business Development teams.
• Support initiatives to improve user engagement, operational efficiency and business performance.
• Assist with project coordination, reporting, presentations and stakeholder management.
• Take ownership of assigned projects and contribute ideas to improve processes.
• Gain exposure to regional markets and the digital entertainment ecosystem.
