An established global technology organisation is seeking high-potential graduates to join its Management Associate Programme in Singapore. This is a structured two-year rotational programme offering opportunities to work on high-impact projects, gain international exposure and engage directly with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

You will undertake a series of rotations across key business functions, gaining broad exposure to different areas of the organisation.

Throughout the programme, you will contribute to strategic and operational projects supporting key business priorities. You will work closely with senior management, develop your commercial and strategic capabilities, and gain exposure to both local and international markets.

Rotations and subsequent placement will be determined based on business requirements, individual strengths and longer-term career aspirations.

Requirements

You possess a Bachelor's degree in any discipline, with 0-2 years of full-time working experience.

You should have a genuine interest in gaming and an understanding of games and player behaviour, whether developed through personal gameplay or relevant experience. Exposure to AI tools and practical applications of technology will be advantageous.

To succeed in this programme, you will be intellectually curious, analytical and adaptable, with strong communication skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity. You are proactive in taking ownership, comfortable operating outside your comfort zone and resilient when working through challenges in a fast-paced, international environment.
