HRnet Ventures Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Audit Associate to join our finance and audit team in Singapore. The role offers hands-on exposure to cash handling audits, gaming transaction reviews, and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Audit, or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with 1–2 years of working experience (relevant or non-relevant) are also encouraged to apply.
• Comfortable working in an environment where smoking may be present, as the role requires access to operational areas.
• Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays on a rotational basis.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Perform audits on cash handling operations, including banks, cashier windows, and vault activities.
• Review and reconcile gaming transactions, including slot machines, table games, and manual jackpot payouts.
• Verify and reconcile foreign exchange transactions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct meter readings and physical counts of cash, chips, and tokens.
• Audit premium player and gaming program transactions.
• Prepare daily audit reports, investigate discrepancies, and follow up until issues are resolved.
• Ensure audit processes comply with internal policies and regulatory standards.
