GenScript Biotech Corporation seeks an experienced team member to perform diverse cell culture and analytical tasks in a cutting-edge laboratory. You will conduct mammalian cell experiments, analyze data, and meticulously document results to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to identify and resolve technical challenges while strictly adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a life sciences field.
Familiar with a range of laboratory equipment and instrumentation.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate work.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively.

Responsabilités

Perform a wide range of technical and analytical tasks in our laboratory.
Perform cell culture experiments, data analysis and documentation of results.
Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment for optimal performance.
Document procedures, protocols, and findings in a detailed and organized manner.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges.
Adhere to all laboratory safety protocols and procedures.
Resuscitation, passage, transfection, culture and experiments of mammalian cells (e.g., HEK293, CHO).
Operate bioreactors, centrifuges and prepare buffers and reagents.
Purify mammalian recombinant antibodies and proteins using affinity/ion exchange/size exclusion chromatography.
