Job summary

Knight Frank Singapore is seeking an Advertising & Promotions Executive to support planning and execution of mall promotions, events and campaigns. You will work with tenants, vendors and internal teams to boost shopper engagement and mall traffic.

Ideal candidate has a Diploma in Business/Marketing, 1-2 years experience in retail or events, strong communication, and is proficient in MS Office and social media. A collaborative, service-oriented team environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
• 1–2 years experience in shopping malls, retail, event management, or customer service.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Organised and able to manage multiple tasks in fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
• Team player with service-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of mall promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns.
• Coordinate with tenants, vendors, and external partners on advertising and promotional activities.
• Assist in managing promotional spaces, handling enquiries, booking coordination, and licensing documentation.
• Support content updates for digital platforms, social media, and marketing materials.
• Attend to shoppers' and tenants' enquiries and support day-to-day customer service operations.
• Assist in preparing marketing reports, tracking campaign performance, and monitoring budgets and expenses.
