Job summary

CBRE Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Manager / Senior Executive for Advertising & Promotion (Retail Mall). You will plan, prepare and organize promotional activities to increase shopper traffic and manage A&P budgets within approved limits.

You will liaise with tenants, agencies and vendors, supervise a team, and drive media relations, digital content, and loyalty initiatives to maximise mall performance and tenant satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Advertising with 5–8 years of related experience.
• Experience in A&P for retail properties preferred.
• Strong communication and planning abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage overall A&P marketing program and budget.
• Plan A&P materials, activities, and campaigns with agencies and tenants.
• Liaise with tenants, agencies, designers, printers and authorities.
• Secure sponsorships and approvals for promotions.
• Monitor media, digital content, and loyalty programs.
• Analyze effectiveness of media plans and events.
