The NTU University Advancement Office (UAO) is seeking a highly motivated Major Gifts professional in Singapore to cultivate, solicit and steward donors for NTU's fundraising priorities. You will work with leadership, faculty and volunteers to secure gifts and support strategic campaigns.

The role requires a track record in higher education fundraising, strong relationship-building, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Experience in Higher Education/Not-For-Profit fundraising with the ability to meet monthly activity targets as a KPI.
• Candidates with business development/consultative sales experience may be considered.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, diverse relationships with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to liaise, negotiate and present confidently with donors and faculty.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage relationships related to cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of donors and major gifts to maximise NTU's philanthropic outcomes.
• Take a strategic approach to fundraising including major gifts, capital fundraising, corporate donations, grants and bequests.
• Collaborate with NTU leadership, faculty and volunteers to advance relationships and gift discussions for maximum philanthropic support.
• Lead and facilitate gift structuring and manage the process of closing gifts with the UAO Stewardship Team.
