Job summary

Pan-United Corporation in Singapore is seeking a maintenance technician to perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on batching plant equipment. You will diagnose faults, carry out repairs, inspect critical components, and coordinate with engineers for maintenance planning, all while upholding safety standards.

The role requires welding and cutting skills, basic electrical knowledge, and the ability to read and communicate in English.

Qualifications

• Minimum secondary education or equivalent.
• Welding and cutting skills are required.
• Basic electrical knowledge is an advantage.
• Able to read, understand and communicate in English.
• Willing to work on rotating shift hours.
• Able to work independently with a positive attitude under tight schedules.

Responsibilities

• Inspect silo level sensors, ventilation pipes and pumping pipes according to schedule.
• Perform batching plant shutdown and start-up procedures for preventive maintenance works.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the warehouse and equipment after maintenance activities.
• Record maintenance activities, inspections and repair works accurately.
• Coordinate with supervisors and engineers on maintenance planning and execution.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, health and environmental requirements during maintenance activities.
