Job summary

SPX Express is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support daily operations and promptly address breakdowns across conveyors and associated systems. You will perform scheduled maintenance, minor repairs, and diagnostics at designated sites, with duties expanding under the guidance of the technician lead.

The role requires hands-on mechanical/electrical skills and a proactive approach to equipment care. Ideal candidates hold a diploma/Nitec in Electrical & Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical,

Qualifications

• Diploma/Nitec in Electrical & Electronics or related engineering field.
• Min 2 years of maintenance/repair experience on belt, conveyor and pulley systems.
• Willingness to work rotating day/night shifts for 24/7 operations; valid Class 3 license.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day issues to ensure smooth operations.
• Attend to breakdown & maintenance complaints promptly.
• Carry out scheduled maintenance according to checklist at designated areas/sites.
• Perform minor repair & diagnose faults.
• Repair, clean, lubricate, and adjust parts, equipment, and machine as required.
